Dr.C. Fidel Antonio Castro Smirnov spoke to the people of Ciego de Avila today during the rally for International Workers’ Day, which took place in the Máximo Gómez Báez square in the provincial capital.

After jumping together with the members of the Official Group of the Cuban Parachuting Federation, the grandson of the leader of the Cuban Revolution said on the Avila tribune.

«Here is #Fidel among us, because we are the blood of his blood. We are your children and your grandchildren and we are not afraid».

Workers from all sectors of the people responded to the call of the leadership of the Piñero territory, in a bloc led by the combatants and their families, followed by health, sports and cultural workers.

This was followed by the other trade unions and the people in general, to ratify the slogan «For Cuba together we create».
