The workers’ collective of the Luis Alfonso Velázquez Flores children’s park in the city of Morón, Ciego de Avila, are preparing for the end-of-year celebrations and for the 66th anniversary of the Triumph of the Cuban Revolution.

According to statements made by its administrator José Manuel Álvarez, the facility will be open with special opening hours every day of the week. He also said that only the train is currently out of operation, while strategies are being sought for the maintenance of the other equipment.

Another of the offerings will be the sale of light food, so demanded by the little ones, it is also expected, the presence of artistic groups of the territory and cultural promoters, who will fill the site with colour.

Since its creation, the Luis Alfonso Velázquez Flores Amusement Park has become, during the periods in which it has provided services, a space of recreation for the family (Author: Adrián Jaime Guzmán).
