The workshop for the disabled, belonging to the Base Business Unit, UEB, Producciones Varias, from the municipality of Morón in Ciego de Ávila, offers an excellent job opportunity to people with certain disabilities and who, at the same time, show manual skills that allow them to Prepare the articles that are part of the productive plans of this entity.

Elguis Rodríguez Amado, director of this UEB, explained that people associated with ANCI, ANSOC or ACLIFIM can work in the institution, always through the Ministry of Labor, an office that receives the needs of the workshop in terms of human resources, and that processes their incorporation with the help of social workers who certify the disability in question.

Rodríguez Amado added that they also receive part of the labor force from the Raúl Gómez García special school, in the municipality of Morón, although in this case the mediation of the Ministry of Labor or social workers is not necessary, since the hiring is carried out direct way.

The workshop for the disabled belonging to the UEB Producciones Varias, from the City of the Rooster, can be considered an excellent complement to the organizations that bring together people with disabilities in the territory, since it advocates integration and inclusion regardless of physical conditions, a right of all Cuban citizens and that is also defended here.
