Various services to the population, including the sale of stamps and sending documents, both nationally and internationally, are offered at the Philatelic Shop located on the ground floor of the 12 Plantas building, in the center of the city of Ciego de Ávila.

Iliana Acuña Torres, manager of that unit, attached to the Cuban Post Office, informed that in order to make a dispatch the client must present, legibly, the name and surname of the recipient, his telephone number and address, and the postal code of the country or province.

The manager assured that the payment of international money orders received from Chile, Spain, Uruguay, the Dominican Republic, Colombia and Peru is also provided, as well as the issuance of national postal money orders.

Acuña Torres insisted that, in the Philatelic Shop, customers can purchase digital stamps only for identity card, passport, driver’s license and minor card procedures.

From eight in the morning to three in the afternoon, and from Monday to Friday, the shipment can also be tracked, as long as the user has the package code, which is collected at the Post Office unit located in the Vista Hermosa distribution, in the capital of Ciego de Ávila.
