The objectivity of the scientific scope in the development of the hydraulic sector in Cuba was highlighted by experts of the sector gathered in the central province of Ciego de Ávila.

In press statements, Doctor of Science Oscar Braun Manrique, professor and researcher at the Máximo Gómez Báez University, said that professional improvement should be an indispensable tool in terms of master’s degrees, specialties and doctorates.

On this basis, said the educator, the works that are being carried out in different areas of the archipelago establish greater solidity, since science is taken to practical facts.

Paula Sánchez López, President of the Society of Hydraulic Engineering in Santiago de Cuba, said that, in order to achieve the objective, it is essential to link the guild with the companies of the sector and agriculture.

Likewise, in the course of the actions of the demanded branch and the precepts for scientific-technical development throughout the country, the young Dayan Trujillo Moreno, from Artemisa province, stressed the importance of consolidating the links between established programs and new ideas, all under an approach that leads to enhance the multiple hydrological programs that are applied in favor of the economy in Cuba.
