Pullman Cayo Coco hotel’s integral management highlighted

Satisfied for honoring the appellation of Locomotive of Tourism in Ciego de Avila, the workers of the Pullman Cayo Coco hotel celebrated the eighth anniversary of this renowned institution of the Jardines del Rey tourist destination.

Eilén Buchillón, assistant commercial director of the hotel, which belongs to the Gran Caribe Hotel Group, exclusively told the Cuban News Agency (ACN) that they are immersed in a process of continuous improvements in order to constantly improve the quality of their services.

He referred to the renovation of housing blocks and common areas such as bars and restaurants, the shades in the swimming pool and beach areas, and the furniture in the luxury section of The Collection by Pullman.

The restoration included the specialized Casa Campesina restaurant, one of the main attractions for foreign visitors, where Cuban culture is promoted by recreating a country atmosphere with the possibility of tasting a variety of dishes, listening to the island’s traditional music and interacting with animals, in perfect imitation of a courtyard of a guajira dwelling.

The Casa del Habano also praises national products such as cigars, rums and coffee, which due to their unique quality and flavor remain in the preference of several markets; meanwhile, some stores offer the opportunity to buy travel souvenirs that highlight elements of Cuba.

Products from Cuba’s largest Antillean Island always prevail, and on Thursdays, the stores are devoted to disseminating the nation’s typical values, while giving more space to gastronomic offers and distinctive cultural manifestations, explained Pullman Cayo Coco’s deputy commercial director.

In the current year, Pullman Cayo Coco has received more than 207,600 foreign and domestic clients, including 1,430 repeat guests, figures that reaffirm the preference for this facility in a tourist destination where there are 27 others, including some recently inaugurated in Cayo Paredón Grande.
