With the aim of improving passenger transportation, as of this Saturday, June 3, a new route is being increased that will circulate only on weekends, according to the Provincial Railway Directorate in Ciego de Ávila.
Leaving at 7:15 in the morning from the town of Júcaro, the train will arrive at the Provincial capital from where it will leave at 8:30 am.
Fidel Fernández Morfa, head of operations of the railway division in the territory, announced that the return will take place on Sundays at 4:05 in the afternoon from the city of Morón.
The manager explained that the circulation of the train that covers the Morón Ciego de Ávila route in its usual departure is also maintained on Saturday. This route aims to maintain vitality and facilitate the transfer of people on weekends.
