The General Directorate of Education in the Province of Ciego de Avila carried out a tour of different educational institutions in the municipality of Morón, with the aim of evaluating the guarantees for the start of the 2024-2025 school year, next Monday, September 2nd.

Sorania Dobao, General Director of Basic Secondary Education in Avila, accompanied by Yoleisy Valdés Santiago, Director of Education in Morón, visited the schools Camilo Cienfuegos, José Maceo Secondary School, Roberto Zamora and Raúl Gómez Special Schools, as well as Alfredo Álvarez Mola Secondary School, among others.

In these centres, aspects such as the completion of teacher coverage and possible solutions, updating the continuity of ninth grade studies and the sale of school uniforms were verified.

In the afternoon session there was an exchange with the heads of the educational levels in the Municipal Directorate where details were clarified to ensure the punctual start of the new school year.(Author: Leonel Iparraguirre González)
