The outstanding music and dance group Fanm Zetwal, part of the Yambambó project of the Provincial Branch of the Nicolás Guillén Foundation, based in Morón, received the Latir Avileño award for the successful results obtained last year.

The recognition was given to him in an act that counted with the presence of Liván Izquierdo Alonso, member of the Central Committee and First Secretary of the Party in this area. Central and First Secretary of the Party in this province and Alfred Menéndez Pérez, Governor in Ciego de Ávila.

The Fanm Zetwal group was also recognized for its results in preserving and disseminating local cultural values.
