Students and teachers of the 392 educational institutions of Ciego de Ávila highlight the novelties of the Family Code in special matinees, talks and conferences.

Adonis Pérez, director of the Águedo Morales Reina elementary school, said that the regulation is distinguished by the incorporation of solidarity gestation, which offers the possibility of having children to couples who have difficulty in achieving it.

The pedagogue Rafael Cepero Gómez, insisted that among the relevant aspects is the extension of the age to be adopted up to 18 years old, aspect that in the current Code can only be people under 16 years old.

Yasmin Carballo García, director of the children’s circle Zapaticos de Rosa, explained that the text moves from a system of power to one of responsibility in the relationship of mothers and fathers with their children, which, far from being weakened, strengthens and reinforces the powers of legal representation.

In the Preuniversitary Insitue La Edad de Oro in the territory, the young people who will vote for the first time assured that they will vote Yes, because regardless of age, gender, religious or political creed, it grants rights to all.

After an exhaustive analysis of the text, most of the educators of Ciego de Ávila stated that they will go to the polls early in the morning because the regulation breaks schemes and advocates for the family to live in an environment of happiness, respect and love.
