On October 11 with Mathematics, October 13 with History and October 15 with Biology, Chemistry and Physics, depending on the subject selected by the student, the entrance exams to the Pre-university Vocational Institute of Exact Sciences (IPVC) Cándido González Morales will be held in Ciego de Ávila.

Dalia Blanca Alejo, head of the Basic Secondary education level in the province, explained that all ninth grade students who wish to take the exams can apply, including those who did not pass the first round.

This process is part of the actions included in Annex 2 of Ministerial Resolution 306/2009, as amended in letter 688/2022 from the Minister of Education to provincial directors.

Ninth grade students of the Basic Secondary education level in Ciego de Ávila, as in all of Cuba, are guaranteed the continuity of their studies in Pre-university and Technical and Professional education.
