The Alfredo Álvarez Mola Secondary School in Morón was the scene of an emotional ninth-grade graduation this Wednesday, in which 25 students completed their stage with their sights set on the classroom, having chosen teaching careers.
The ceremony was attended by educational authorities from the province and the municipality, who recognised the effort of a generation that reaffirmed its commitment to teaching and generational succession in the territory.
In the award ceremony, Jocelin María Morán Alfaro and Yaidel Vázquez Alfaro stood out as the best graduates, while Raisel Martínez Véliz received recognition as the most integral student in the pedagogical field. Additionally, Omar Almaguer Zorrilla was distinguished with the Kiss to the Homeland Diploma.
Amid applause and words of encouragement from teachers and family, the young people closed their passage through secondary education and made it clear that in Morón, the future of education already has those who will defend it with vocation and pride.
