Díaz-Canel held talks with Russian Interior Minister

Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez, First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba and President of the Republic, received today at the Palace of the Revolution Vladimir Kolokoltsev, Minister of the Interior of the Russian Federation, who has been visiting the largest of the Antilles since last Monday.

According to the Cuban Presidency’s account on the social network X, during the meeting, the Cuban president said that this visit helped to strengthen the ties of friendship between the two nations.

«The First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Party and President of the Republic, @DiazCanelB, received at the Palace of the Revolution the Minister of the Interior of the Federation of #Russia, Vladimir Kolokoltsev, who arrived in #Cuba last Monday.»

It marks a trend we have of strengthening, consolidation, and expansion of our relations at present, the president said.
