The Network of Cultural Institutions of Morón is developing a varied programme aimed at all audiences to mark the 98th anniversary of the birth of Commander in Chief Fidel Castro Ruz.

Based in neighbourhoods, Popular Councils and venues in the sector, the initiatives are led by the Movement of Amateur Artists and others who are already professionals.

Local history, the future of the Maximum Leader and his passage through the Old Municipal District of Morón are the central themes of the proposals.

The programme runs until 13 August, the date of Fidel’s birthday (Author: Eldy Mariño Córdova).
