Silce Palma Gaínza, a member of the National Secretariat of the Union of Communications, Information Technology and Electronics Workers, recognized the work of workers in that sector in Ciego de Ávila, which closed the year 2022 without losses.
The foregoing transpired during the Annual Balance of that union in the pineapple territory, where the leader also praised the work of the National Association of Innovators and Rationalizers, especially the Telecommunications Company and RadioCuba.
For her part, Lídice Rodríguez Valero, general director of the Post Office in Ciego de Ávila, ratified the will to make and improve living conditions, especially for postmen, who will be provided with electric bicycles.
Those attending the meeting discussed, among other issues, affiliation, the importance of the collective agreement, attention to workers and the cadre policy, as well as the fluctuation of the qualified labor force.
The occasion was opportune for the delivery of recognitions to all the entities that make up that union, including Movitel, Correos, Joven Club, RadioCuba and Etecsa.
