The Council of Ministers will analyse the economic and social transformations recently approved, which have been enriched by the considerations of the Politburo, and the interventions made at the Extraordinary Plenum of the Communist Party Central Committee and the Third Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of People’s Power, in its X Legislature.

Following the analyses of the highest government body, the economic and social transformations will be published in full. These constitute a bold and sovereign response as a result of the process of updating and perfecting the Cuban Economic Model, initiated in 2011 and deepened from 2021 onwards.
