The controversial telephone system applied since May of last year to request appointments in entities of the Ministry of Justice, will be without effect as of next Monday the 16th through the Tiket digital platform.
Danaysi Mayor Lamot, Director of Justice in the municipality of Majagua, in statements to the press, stated that the corresponding dissemination actions are carried out here with the objective that residents know that, to receive any service, instead of going to the usual number telephone, it is necessary to install the aforementioned platform on your mobile phones.
In this regard, Mayor Lamot argued that, in the case of the Civil Registry, on Mondays through the new modality, marriage, death and divorce certifications may be requested; Tuesdays will be dedicated to correcting errors or omissions; On Wednesdays, they will be able to sign the documents that clients have printed on their own from the digital format.
In the case of Thursdays, the functions of the Civil Registry group will depend on the marriage appointments. Meanwhile, in the case of the notary, from Monday to Thursday through the aforementioned platform you can request transfers of vehicles, purchases and sales of homes, wills and special powers, among other services.
Through information from the Ministry of Justice, it is specified that in the event that the capacities of the requested specialty have been exhausted, the client on the Tiket platform will remain in the waiting room with a view to being materialized on another occasion.
