The integrated management of quality and the environment in tourism was the focus of this morning’s meeting of the Administration Diploma, held at the Ciego de Ávila Tourism Training Centre (FORMATUR).

Specialists MSc. Yohandra Vázquez del Sol and MSc. Eduardo Veiga Jiménez delivered the lecture, in which they addressed the fusion of service excellence with ecological sustainability into a single operating system.

The event brought together managers and technicians from hotel and non-hotel facilities in the territory, interested in raising the competitiveness of their services from an environmentally responsible perspective.

The speakers insisted that regulatory compliance and continuous improvement are key to turning ecological responsibility into a pillar of reputation and competitive advantage for the Avilanian tourist destination.
