PhDs in Science Yurisbel Gallardo Ballat, rector of the Máximo Gómez Báez University of Ciego de Ávila, and Oruam Cadex Marichal Guevara, director of International Relations of that institution, make an official visit to the Campus Tuxpan University.

Gallardo Ballat announced that the meeting is part of the activities for the 45th anniversary of the Ciego de Ávila academic institution, for which new possibilities of cooperation are coming, directed mainly at Education Sciences, and Physical Culture and Sports .

Full with patriotism, the professionals from Ciego de Ávila also went to the place from where the Granma yacht sailed and walked through the same corridors where those young people who, led by Fidel, sailed to the island to carry out the dream of a sovereign and free Cuba.

In this sense, Marichal Guevara, testified on his Facebook profile the memorable visit to the Mexico-Cuba Friendship Museum, a place with a very special meaning for Cubans, due to the departure of the Granma yacht on November 25, 1956, at one thirty in the morning.
