The Commercial Central Registry (RCC) has activated a new digital platform enabling all economic actors, both state and private, to complete the mandatory commercial registration procedure online.

This tool facilitates the submission of required data to obtain the commercial licence necessary for legal operation.

According to Decree 184, registration with the RCC is mandatory for all natural and legal persons undertaking commercial activities. Lack of this licence or failure to complete the registration process may result in financial penalties, closure of establishments, or revocation of permits to conduct commercial activities.
