In an effort to strengthen the base structures and continue contributing to the transformations that lead to a better service to the people, multiple activities are being developed in Ciego de Ávila to celebrate this October 27, the 45th anniversary of the Trade, Gastronomy and Services Union, founded in Cuba.

Mayelin Abreu Castellanos, top representative of the union in the province, said that the more than 10 thousand members of the organization in the province are engaged in tasks that lead to effective results in innovation and economy.

The program also devotes special space to the recognition of outstanding workers in different disciplines of the industry, in addition to those centers that excel in safety and health tasks.

The source specifies that there are also special mornings in honor of the date, voluntary mobilizations for agriculture and cleaning and beautification, with a greater impulse during the day of homage to Commanders Ernesto Che Guevara and Camilo Cienfuegos, within the intense work carried out by the productive movement Latir Avileño.
