In an effort to extend its international collaborative relations, the Máximo Gómez Báez University of Ciego de Ávila has just signed an agreement with the Señor de Sipán University of Peru.
This is a mutual alliance, which according to the academic authorities «This agreement promotes student and teaching mobility, joint research projects and the exchange of knowledge in priority areas such as sustainable agriculture, technology and social sciences».
Both institutions will henceforth work in the so-called borderless education, to exchange the best values in educational excellence and the results of their research and solutions to common problems.
The Universidad Señor de Sipán in Peru defines itself as «a challenging university that promotes entrepreneurship to transform your world».
The Peruvian and Avilanian university institutions are interested in strengthening «educational excellence and innovation, opening doors for students and professionals to enrich their training in multicultural contexts», according to the agreement established for mutual gains.
