The process of revitalization of the base structures corresponding to the 480 Committees for the Defense of the Revolution (CDR) in the territory will begin in Chambas.

According to the declarations of Leydis Olano Espinosa, secretary of organization of the CDR in the municipality, this stage will be extended from January 16 to April 21. Through this process, the representatives of each position at the base level will be renewed or ratified, whether it is the president, the secretaries of organization, vigilance or the ideological and attention to children and young people.

Olano Espinosa expressed that a social network activist who is willing to do so and has the necessary means will also be determined. Previous training is currently being carried out, which includes the zone coordinators, in addition to the 25 members of the Municipal Committee of the CDRs.

This process will be extended in the same way to the 71 zones of the largest mass organization in the country.
