A total of four Presidents of Popular Municipal Courts in the localities of Chambas, Ciro Redondo, Venezuela, Morón and Ciego de Ávila, took office in order to ensure compliance with the Constitution of the Republic of Cuba and the legal norms that govern the functioning of the country.
Humberto David González Figueroa, President of the Provincial Court, congratulated the law professionals and assured that all of them will perform in accordance with what the people expect and deserve from them.
The occasion was appropriate for the appointment of Juan Ridel Prieto Claro, President of the Criminal Section in Morón and Leonel Martínez González, Alternate Professional Judge of the People’s Provincial Court.
This is a transcendental moment in the life of the judges invested with such a high and dignified condition, who ratified to impart justice with ethics, humanism and adherence to the law.
On this occasion, Grethe María Aguilera Fonseca in Ciego de Ávila, Raiko Corzo Martín in Chambas, Laura García Armas in Ciro Redondo and Yenny Valdés Pérez in Venezuela assumed their responsibilities as Municipal Presidents.
With the inauguration of their positions, the institution strengthens its structures in order to ensure an increasingly efficient and transparent justice system.
