The fiction short film Hashtag, directed by audiovisual filmmaker Jorge Luis Neyra, will have its official premiere this Friday, 10 July, at 2:00 p.m. at the Carmen Cinema in Ciego de Ávila, in a restricted-access screening exclusively by invitation.
The film, a 2026 local production with a duration of 25 minutes, stars Rafael Solenzar, Yanelys Velázquez, Luis Ricardo Faura, Laritza López, Yuleidy Zurita, Jorge Isel Lorenzo and Lizardo Gómez.

The plot revolves around a woman who goes to a tattoo studio to have a number marked on her hand, in a context of growing addiction to the so-called «chemical» among young people, which will lead the tattoo artist to find a new purpose in his life.
According to the production team on social media Facebook, filming lasted three days and featured high cohesion among the artistic, technical and support crew, who managed to overcome material limitations through joint effort and brotherhood between newcomers and the more experienced filmmakers.

On his personal profile on that platform, director Jorge Luis Neyra expressed that the premiere will place the spectator as «the only protagonist» and described the film as a contribution against the addictions afflicting new generations.
«Thanks is such a short word that it cannot contain everything I owe them,» said the filmmaker, who expressed confidence that the final result will live up to expectations.
