Immersed in the day of decisive effort and with the motivation of the upcoming 70th anniversary of the assault on the Moncada and Carlos Manuel de Céspedes barracks, four institutions of the Jardines del Rey tourist destination received the status of National Vanguard Collective by virtue of their results throughout of the year 2022.

The Marina Marlin Jardines del Rey Nautical Branch, the Meliá Cayo Coco hotel, the Jardines del Rey international airport and the Pullman Cayo Coco hotel received the distinction from leaders of the PCC, the Government and the CTC of Ciego de Ávila and Morón, who They were headed by Alexey Ojeda García, a member of the Party’s Provincial Bureau, and Benito Martínez Ausina, the highest party leader in Morón territory.

During the award ceremony at the Marlin Jardines del Rey Marina, Felipo Nepomuceno Carrillo, Julio César Echemendía Hernández and Adys Luz González Mayo were also recognized as outstanding workers, as well as the Pesca al Fly cost center of the same non-hotel institution.

For its part, at the Pullman Cayo Coco hotel, the altruistic and humane gesture of Yudier Rodríguez Estrada and Annier Caballero Sosa, both from the Security and Protection department, was distinguished for their outstanding contribution to the blood donation program carried out in the country and that constitutes an invaluable support of the Cuban Public Health system.

The status of National Vanguard Collective obtained by four institutions of the Jardines del Rey destination, responds to the integral results achieved, the sustained and meritorious work of the group of workers, compliance with economic efficiency, quality of services, innovative activity and union operation.
