The provincial centre of Pioneros de Majagua, according to its director Daimara Rodríguez Salabarria, flourishes with the enthusiasm and joy of the participants in the National Event of terrestrial explorers of Basic Secondary 2024.

Since Sunday, patrols from Guantánamo and Holguín have been here representing the Eastern Region, Camagüey and Ciego de Ávila, for the Centre, as well as Matanzas and Isla de la Juventud for the West, which allowed the arrival of Monday to become an active competitive action.

The modalities related to ornithology became the initiators of the events that allowed to achieve, among other emotional moments, the election of wild, ornamental and exotic birds, which was followed by the mission «We are what surrounds us» aimed at the protection of the environment and the followers of local history.

Also very attractive are the emulation initiatives carried out by the Delegations, among them the decoration of the huts with Pioneer Scout Movement items such as photos, flags and rustic objects.

At the closing of this information in the central square of the installation the conditions were being created for the official opening ceremony with the presence of the Pioneer Scout Movement at all levels and guests from the Province and the Municipality.
