Last Friday, authorities from the Provincial Health Directorate paid a visit to the Roberto Rodríguez Clinical and Surgical Hospital in Morón to learn about aspects of the hospital health care work.

Exchanges with workers and patients from various services of the institution made it possible to know the conditions in which they work and the degree of satisfaction, complaints and suggestions, both from those who work there and from patients and their families.

Dr. Nilka Pita Alemán, provincial director of Health of Ciego de Ávila, led the visit, which has become a working style to appreciate the problems of medical institutions in the difficult situation faced by the country with the intensification of the blockade.

The Roberto Rodríguez Hospital in Morón provides services to the inhabitants of the northern part of the avilanian province and stands out for its Neurosurgery service, as a leader for its high scientific level.
