Exactly one month before the 26th of July, Roberto Morales Ojeda, Member of the Political Bureau and Secretary of Organisation of the CCPCC, met with the provincial authorities and the people, who, through their daily dedication, are a clear example that the struggle continues.

Every action undertaken is aimed at raising the quality of life and well-being of the people. That is the essence of the Moncada Programme, Morales Ojeda stated at the headquarters of the Provincial Committee of the Party, where representatives from each working commission reported every detail in preparation for the 26th.

The tour began at the Plaza Máximo Gómez, where every detail related to the main national event was checked, an occasion that will pay tribute to the hero and recognise the intense work carried out in the land of the pineapple.

Morales Ojeda, accompanied by the top provincial leadership, also visited the Principal Theatre to meet with officials, cultural workers, and builders, who are undertaking the reconstruction and re-opening of this flagship institution of culture in the area.

La Cuba, a symbol of the socialist state enterprise, is restoring a market in the city of Ciego de Ávila, which will be supplied and managed by the entity itself, without intermediaries. This initiative will offer the population quality products at lower prices. Thus continued the tour of the Political Bureau member, who encouraged the provision of a quality service worthy of the Avilanians once the market is inaugurated.

In his tour of various locations in preparation for the 26th of July commemorations, Morales Ojeda reaffirmed the confidence of the country’s top leadership that Ciego de Ávila is working to continue making the dreams of the Nation a reality, with its Avilanian spirit and without wasting a single minute.
