A 12-hit offense and solid work by Yoannis Yera gave the Matanzas team a 10×0 knockout over Venezuela and the second finalist ticket to the Baseball All-Star Series 2024, to be held at the Victoria de Girón stadium in Matanzas.

The left-handed Yera was unbeatable from the mound, as in five innings he barely gave up two singles, struck out eight batters and did not allow any runs.
