Special recognition of the SNTAFT Provincial Bureau to those who support the recovery work in the territories affected by Hurricane Ian.
The participation of labor collectives of the agricultural system in Ciego de Ávila in the recovery work in the territories affected by Hurricane Ian is an example worthy of recognition on the occasion of yesterday’s celebration of the Agricultural Workers’ Day, October 3.
Workers, technicians and managers of the Poultry, Forestry, Agro-industrial Ceballos companies and other centers that also help the victims with basic necessities donated by the workers contribute to such a generous task.
In view of such humanitarian contribution, the Provincial Bureau of the Union of Agricultural, Forestry and Tobacco Workers (SNTAFT) sent a congratulatory message and took as an example the Heroic Guerrilla leader, Ernesto Che Guevara, who conceived work as a moral necessity to which one must go every day with a renewed spirit.
The day of homage in the territory for the Day of the Agricultural Worker, was propitious to stimulate collectives for their integral results, and to decorate with the Marcos Martí distinction four women and men dedicated for more than 20 years to the activities of agriculture.
