A program of activities to be held by groups of the sectors of culture and gastronomy will materialize this weekend and beginning of the week in the municipality of Majagua on February 14.

The proposals dedicated to the day of love and friendship began on Saturday morning at the La Playita recreational center with the presence of the musical group Diamante, for birthdays and with clubs from the so-called prodigious decade of the town and guests from other municipalities such as the case of Baraguá, Ciego de Ávila and Jatibonico.

On Sunday the 12th, the collective of the municipal museum will hold its night in love with participation sections and entertaining brushstrokes. On Monday night, the Casa de Cultura La Edad de Oro will hold the award ceremony for the Poetry of Love 2023 contest, while the Mirta Aguirre Public Library will exhibit books, will offer its love mailbox and youth activities.

In the case of the gastronomic centers of the base Business Units of the main town and the towns of Orlando González, Guayacanes and Limones Palmero, they will serve dinners in love based on traditional dishes, a proposal which reservations were previously called.

The Paseo Martí in the Historic Center of Majagua will carry out the central activity for Valentine’s Day, with the sale of products, enlivened by an audiovisual project from Ciego de Ávila, while establishments such as the Antonio Maceo street forest will accompany their dinners on February 14 with the music clubs of recent yesterday.
