The strengthening of integrated community work as a means of beneficial management in the neighbourhoods is one of the main priorities of the local government in Morón, in conjunction with the factors of the different popular councils.
To achieve this purpose, they encourage the participation of the neighbours in the development of the communities, with well-defined purposes and related activities that allow for substantial improvements in the standard of living of the population, despite the deficit of resources in the current conditions.

Attention to families and single or vulnerable mothers, social work in the community, as well as attention to the family doctor and nurse, are actions that stand out in the territory.

Based on the motivations in the districts, cleaning and beautification days, cultural and sporting activities and exchanges between the community factors are carried out in order to set new goals.
