Fruitful debates relating to the daily work of the medium, in the face of challenges and difficulties concerning technical issues and the lack of electricity, characterised the review meeting of the work of the municipal station Radio Morón during the year 2025, with the commitment to seek alternatives to guarantee programming as deserved by the large audience.

At the meeting, which saw the presence of Alberto Echemendia Manzanares, First Secretary of the Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba, PCC, in Morón, emphasis was placed on facilitating programmes that allow for the maximum use of available resources and guarantee interrelation with the listeners, as a premise for success.

Stress was placed on the authoritative opinion of journalists to contribute to the search for solutions to the main issues affecting the territory, as asserted by Alfredo Fernández Arcia, Director of the Provincial Radio Network in Ciego de Ávila.

The remarks of the workers at Radio Morón were focused on efficiency and the optimal use of human and material resources, all aimed at increasingly engaging programming closely linked to the work of the people, as the principal protagonist of events.

In the conclusions of the assembly, the First Secretary of the PCC in the territory affirmed the decision to support the broadcasting medium to the utmost, as the spokesperson for everything done in order to move forward and prevail over difficulties, because –he said– we all believe in radio and its immediacy allows us to be well-informed.
