Celebrating 25 years of uninterrupted operation since its inauguration on 2 December 1998, this 5-star establishment belonging to the Gran Caribe Group has raised quality standards across the destination.

Considered one of the most sought-after hotels in the area, with a 65% repeat guest rate (above the national average), it retains 40% of its original staff, ensuring personalised service and accumulated expertise. In 2023, it was awarded «Best Beach Hotel» at Cuba’s Tourism Excellence Awards.
