The victory of Leones de Industriales and the failure of Tigres de Ciego de Avila led to a tie between the two teams on Sunday at the top of the III Elite Cuban Baseball League, which closed its second private sub-series.
At the Estadio Latinoamericano, the team led by Guillermo Carmona beat Granma 11×1 in seven innings, supported by a 15-hit offensive -with six extra bases-, including a home run by Alfredo Echevarría, who went 4-2 with four runs.
