I was fortunate to meet Felix Molina, who devoted his life to the development of baseball in #CiegodeAvila, #Cuba, as an athlete, coach and team manager. He trained as a baseball player in Camagüey, attending National School and Youth Games.

His greatest contribution was as a coach, with the formation of several generations of athletes, among them Luis Robert Moirán, Vladimir García, Yorbis Borroto and Isaac Martínez, just to name a few.

In the third selective series, he was part of the coaching staff of the Camagüey team, in addition to 10 National Series, with the Avila team.

He coached the Ciego de Avila youth team for several years, with which he won several medals in national competitions.

He had extensive knowledge of preparation systems and a great concept of discipline and sense of duty.
He collaborated in Brazil and Curaçao, among other countries. He passed away on 22 February 2020.
