Dr. Onesio Esteban de León Gutiérrez won the Relevant Award at the Expo-Innovation Fair in the municipality of Chambas, due to the importance of the work presented.

The research entitled «Effectiveness of magnet therapy in older adult patients with systolic arterial hypertension», is the result of a thorough study of people with this ailment and the results in the application of this medical procedure.

The chamber doctor, Onesio Esteban de León Gutiérrez, is a first and second degree specialist in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and General Comprehensive Medicine, in addition to his work in health care, he is also an assistant professor and researcher in the Medical Sciences degree.

The Expo-Innovation Fair in the municipality of Chambas stimulated the creation and search for solutions to current problems in the economic and social sectors of the community.
