Luis Alberto Echemendía Manzanares, First Secretary of the Communist Party of Cuba (PCC) in the Morón municipality of Ciego de Ávila, held a fruitful exchange with members of the National Union of Writers and Artists of Cuba (UNEAC) in the territory. The purpose was to gain first-hand insight into individual and collective efforts advancing cultural and societal development.

The meeting facilitated a frank and open dialogue regarding existing potentialities and devotion to arts and literature in service of community welfare. UNEAC members reaffirmed their steadfast loyalty to and support for the Revolution, particularly under present circumstances requiring heightened dedication across all sectors of Cuban society.

The PCC First Secretary conducted a tour of the organisation’s premises, acknowledging efficient work to equip the facility for scheduled activities while noting outstanding requirements for enhanced operational conditions.
