The Fábrica de Arte Cubano (Cuban Art Factory) in Havana hosted this Saturday the second edition of the forum Ellas hablan (They Speak), a meeting of entrepreneurs women that seeks to make visible their knowledge and tasks for the sake of greater commercial and economic growth.
A little more than 50 women creators exchanged work experiences and learned about the existence of three projects with praiseworthy results, among them Color Café Habana by Loipa Izaguirre, dedicated to design and fashion in a cozy space in Old Havana.
The forum was very interested in the Pilares Construcciones project, a MSME led by a civil engineer that offers construction services and will soon create, perhaps, the first brigade of women masons in Cuba.
Based on social networks, Ellas hablan fosters synergies among its members while optimizing communication to better reach customers.
