The National Assembly of People’s Power of Cuba (Parliament) informed today that the draft laws for the Organisation of the Central State Administration, the Labour Code, the Agricultural and Forestry Land Law, and the Housing Law are available on its website for citizen consultation.
The draft law for the Organisation of the Central State Administration establishes the 20 ministries that will govern the country’s life, in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution of the Republic.
Likewise, the proposals for the draft Labour Code Law, which will regulate labour relations in the country, the draft Agricultural and Forestry Land Law, which will update the regulations on land use and tenure, and the draft Housing Law, which will establish the legal framework for housing policy, have been published.
Interested parties can access the documents through the links provided by Parliament on its official social media channels, with the aim of fostering citizen participation in the legislative improvement process.
These draft laws are available for consultation on the National Assembly’s website: https://www.parlamentocubano.gob.cu, awaiting the population’s input, as part of the discussion process before their approval.
