The stable functioning of its structures at all levels is the reason for the union movement, which is why the Provincial Secretariat of the Cuban Workers’ Union (CTC) in Ciego de Ávila has already materialized its own agreement to promote training.

The concentrated course, planned for four days, concluded this September 29 at the Provincial School of the Mártires Party of Bolivia, with a final workshop to stimulate the most outstanding and evaluate the results of the preparation for secretaries generals of the Municipal Committees of the CTC and the Provincial Unions.

The program includes topics related to the new Law of Social Communication, the Cuban political system, unionization, work planning, cadre policy, the decoration system, emulative movements and specific tasks in the spheres of Organization, Education and Propaganda, Labor and Economic Affairs.

The training action is included in the program of tribute activities for the 85th anniversary of the CTC, which will be celebrated on January 28, 2024, the year in which the organization will begin preparations for its twenty-second Congress.
