The workers, the people and the political, mass and governmental leaderships of Ciro Redondo received recognition for being the most integral among the 10 municipalities of the province of Ciego de Ávila, with sustained advances in production, economy and services during 2022.

In the ceremony held in that central territory winner of the emulation for the 64th anniversary of the Triumph of the Revolution, the municipalities of Florencia, Majagua, Primero de Enero and Ciego de Ávila were stimulated as outstanding.

Several labor collectives were also honored for excelling in the tasks imposed by the political movement called Latir Avileño, a condition granted by the Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba to 30 entities, among them for their economic and social impact, the agricultural and livestock companies Arnaldo Ramírez, the high density polyethylene pipe company Ciegoplast, the brush and plastic articles company Cepil, the hydraulic exploitation company, the construction materials company, the raw materials recovery company and the insurance and education services company.

In addition, representatives of entities of the locality hosting the activity received certificates of recognition from the members of the presidency in which were present Liván Izquierdo Alonso, member of the Central Committee and first secretary of the Party in Ciego de Ávila, and Tomás Alexis Martín Venegas, Provincial Governor, among other leaders.
