About three thousand young avilanian people to vote in the referendum

Approximately three thousand young people in Ciego de Ávila will exercise, for the first time, their right to vote during the popular referendum on the Family Code, which will take place next Sunday, September 25.

This was informed by Osvaldo Álvarez Díaz, President of the Provincial Electoral Council of Ciego de Ávila, who emphasized the actions developed with this population segment to guarantee their right to vote.

Álvarez Díaz praised the success of this Sunday’s dynamic test for the referendum’s general assurances, as well as the communications for the timely processing of the data.

The highest electoral authority in Ciego de Ávila pointed out that the failures detected were corrected in situ, reason for which the 552 districts and 928 polling stations, including the 28 special polling stations enabled for the referendum are declared ready for the vote next Sunday.
