The National Association of Economists and Accountants of Cuba, ANEC, issued a call to take advantage of the services of non-agricultural cooperatives and the potential of construction services in the municipality of Morón in Avileña.

They insist on the need to change mentalities and take advantage of all the opportunities established in the measures dictated by the Cuban government to boost agricultural production and strengthen socialist state enterprises, in accordance with the law and the principles of the system.

They call for the application, without further delay, of what has already been decided at the highest level of the country, and to avoid obstacles that would hinder territorial development and, therefore, the satisfaction of the needs of all the people.

The creation of new economic actors opens up numerous opportunities to boost the economy, but there are still obstacles, taboos and reticence when it comes to contracting non-state forms of management.
