Due to the difficult electrical energy situation in the country, the workers of the Unidad Empresarial de Base número dos de la Empresa de Materiales de la Construcción, in the municipality of Morón in Avila, are doing their bit to contribute to saving electricity.

To this end, they are adopting various measures, including starting the production of materials earlier and turning off machinery at 11 a.m., as well as resuming production at four o’clock in the afternoon to maintain production and reduce its impact.

Similarly, they proceed daily to read the meter meter in order to count consumption and in case of excess to appeal to viable alternatives for such cases without stopping production.

The equipment is kept in excellent condition thanks to the maintenance carried out by the company’s workers, after stopping production during peak hours for one hour.
