The Máximo Gómez Báez University of Ciego de Ávila (UNICA), continues its cultural outreach work with the start this week of several courses postgraduate.

The aforementioned courses are: Heritage and Community and Management and Organization of Scientific Events, which are held at the Museum of History of avilanian the capital.

Researchers and specialists from different branches of cultural heritage of the territory give the lectures included in the postgraduate courses, which were convened by the Faculty of Social Sciences and UNICA Humanistics.

On Monday, on the first day of the activity, the notable local architect Arnaldo Hernández Prado gave a lecture on his specialty.

On its 45th anniversary of being founded, the Máximo Gómez University objective is to “offer a system of learning actions with emphasis on the creation and production of intellectual knowledge, practical and humanistic in the field of scientific thought.”
