An ambitious income plan, in excess of 31 million pesos, and an efficient management in the use and control of resources, is proposed for this year by the Empresa de Residuos Sólidos Urbanos in Ciego de Ávila.

During the assessment of the results of the work carried out in 2024, the entry of new lines of business was reported in order to increase recovery and maintain productive chains.

The debate at the meeting, which was attended by Yamila González Rivero, an official of the Provincial Party Committee, focused on the analysis of the factors that affect the generation of income and the productive support of accounts receivable.

The balance was also attended by Juan Manuel García Rodríguez, vice-president of the Business Group; Leonardo Tracter Jordan, head of the Supervision and Control Group, and María Isabel Alfonso Abreu, director of the Metals Group.

Raul Heriberto Cuervo Hernández, director of the entity, pointed out that, despite the limitations due to the lack of resources and the low availability of fuel, it is necessary to continue in the search for strategies that guarantee the fulfilment of the plans.

The moment was propitious to recognise the outstanding performance of Guadalupe Gutiérrez Olivera, Jorge Luis Calleja Rizo, Leisdany Calvo Guerrero, Dailenys Ramírez Peña, Yuniesky Mena Martínez and Francisco González Vera.
