The Central and Western Ecological Reserve of Cayo Coco is of vital importance for the animal and plant species it contains, according to specialists from the Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment, Citma, in the territory.

The main objectives of this company in terms of preserving biodiversity from various work areas, such as bird projects, as well as those aimed at reforestation, are of special interest and with proven results.
