A special recognition was received by the group of workers who make up the Local Development Project Ruta Limpia, in the Avilanian city of Morón, on the occasion of Municipal Services Worker’s Day.

Those congratulated for their meritorious work participate in tasks related to the cleaning and comprehensive hygiene of the main urban thoroughfares, collecting and transporting solid waste using animal-drawn means.

The celebration included activities at the support base of the Budgeted Municipal Services Unit, as part of reaffirming the commitment to hygiene and the image of the territory.

Every 15th February, Municipal Services Worker’s Day is celebrated, a day that recognises the work of those who maintain the cleanliness of streets, the care of green areas and necrological services, indispensable for community life.
